Chef & Owner Malcolm Ting (previously of Altro Paradiso, Mercer Kitchen, Mesa Grill NYC, and The Meat Hook) is bringing delicious, classic comfort noodles and well-crafted drinks to South Slope, Brooklyn. Unoriginal Noodles is a casual vibe with excellent food, quality ingredients, and personal service.
Unoriginal was voted top two Best Ramen in Park Slope by Park Slope Pulse in 2026.
All broths are made from grass fed, pasture-raised animals from upstate NY, and many of our fresh, quality ingredients are supplied by Southeast Asian Food Group and other local suppliers.
